According to WTRF.com, Steven Frazier, 29, got a ticket for rolling past a stop sign. The man went back to the scene later and took his own footage of people missing that same stop sign.
Frazier said the stop sign is so far back from the intersection, you can't see oncoming traffic, reported WTRF.com.
This is as important reminder; anytime you get a ticket for failing to obey a sign you should:
- inspect the sign to verify it is visible
- if the sign is not visible document your findings by photo, video, and witness statements
