How to Find Your Courthouse After Losing a Ticket

How to Find Your Courthouse After Losing a Ticket - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets.

After losing a ticket, you may have also lost your only document with the name of the courthouse your ticket will be filed with.  You will not always receive a notice in the mail from your courthouse reminding you of your ticket due date and where to appear, so you will need to take action to avoid missing court deadlines.

You can track down your courthouse by going to the California Court website http://www.courts.ca.gov/home.htm . From the home page click the “Courts” tab then click “Superior Courts”. The Superior Courts are the trial courts which handle traffic violations.  From the Superior Courts Menu select “Find my Court” and from there you will be able to scroll through every courthouse, or you can search by the city or county you were ticketed in.

Many court websites also offer online services and you can check for any ticket in your name filed with the court by entering information such as your birth date or drivers license number.  - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets

Ignoring a Red Light Ticket Can Put a Dent in Your Credit Report- this blog was written by TicketKick.com,Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets.

You shouldn’t just pay a red light ticket without understanding the affect it could have on your driving record or driving privilege, but you also should not ignore a red light ticket. Ignoring a red light ticket can lead to another charge being added to your original ticket, a failure to appear, and could potentially harm your credit score.

Newly released report from CreditData.com informs readers about unexpected things that may harm their credit. MSNBC news reporter Chuck Todd just found out the “hard way” that not paying a traffic ticket is a collision that can put a dent in a credit report. The traffic ticket was for running a red light. - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets

Fighting your ticket without a Lawyer

Fighting your ticket without a Lawyer - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets.

If you need legal advice then you should hire an Attorney or Lawyer, and if you were charged with a serious misdemeanor offense then you may need an Attorney or Lawyer, but the vast majority of traffic tickets like speeding, red light, cell phone, seatbelt, improper lane, and stop sign do not require an Attorney or Lawyer to be successfully dismissed (not to mention most drivers cannot the ticket let alone a lawyer to fight it). An Attorney or Lawyer can charge from $200 an hour to $2,500 for a court appearance and that is with no guarantee your ticket will be dismissed and no refund of your money either. No one can guarantee that your ticket will be dismissed since the court makes the ultimate decision so be wary of any Attorney or Lawyer that does make a guarantee. TicketKick.com is less costly avenue a driver can opt for and being exclusive with fighting traffic tickets using the California Trial by Written Declaration, TicketKick has the experience that most Attorneys or Lawyers don’t.   - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets

How a Simple Traffic Infraction Can Affect Your Insurance Premium - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets.

SmartMoney.com reveals how common traffic infractions can impact a driver’s automobile insurance rates. Speeding 30 mph over the limit or failing to stop can result in an average 15 percent premium increase. Rates of course will vary based on age, location, and other factors. And the potential increase in insurance costs is only one factor. There are other expenses related to traffic violations like court costs and tickets fines.

When you get a traffic ticket here in California, you can actually fight it right from your own home. You do not have to go into court to contest your ticket. It can all be done right through the mail. It’s called the Trial By Written Declaration, and here at TicketKick, we help thousands of drivers fight their traffic tickets through this amazing process with excellent success (check out our customer testimonials).  - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets
