Red Light Camera Violations May Decrease if Bill Passed - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets.
Red-light camera use still continues throughout the state of California despite many cities stopping use. Assembly Bill 612, which is now pending in the Senate Transportation and Housing Committee, would burden red-light cameras by requiring governmental agencies using them to add an additional second to all yellow lights over the current legal minimum. The theory behind it is that giving motorists longer yellow lights, provides greater transition times and would hopefully prevent so many violations and rear-end accidents. - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Beating Traffic Tickets
