New system being tested that would allow drivers to contest a ticket online

Some courts are making it even easier for ticketed drivers to contest a citation they receive.

An “online ticket review program” is being tested in four courts in Michigan. It would allow someone fighting a ticket to answer a series of questions online and submit it to a judge for review.  While the main idea is to save the public time and effort, in theory it could save the court and taxpayers money on the personnel and paperwork side, says News8.

No word as to whether California will follow suit and allow tickets to be contested online; but we do have the luxury here of being able to contest a ticket by mail. For more information about how a ticket can be contested in writing, without having to appear in court, call us or visit us on the web at www.ticketkick.com. - this blog was written by TicketKick.com, Your Go-To Resource for Fighting Traffic Tickets
